The DBR's lightweight, high-performance Class-D amplifier is capable of producing up to 1000W* of power, achieving 131dB SPL, delivering impressive detail and efficiency.

Portable, Sturdy Speaker Box

The DBR's plastic enclosure is compact, lightweight and durable, offering the highest portability of any Yamaha speaker. Meticulously designed steel grilles add strength to the enclosure and protect internal components, while a new ergonomic handle makes transporting and setting up the system easy.

Smart 2-channel mixer

The DBR Series speakers feature two input channels. CH1 has a combo jack that is both XLR and TRS Phone compatible, allowing for Mic or Line input. CH2 offers two optional inputs; an XLR or TRS Phone compatible combo jack, and RCA jacks for input from CD players or other stereo line-level sources. The onboard mixer allows you to select CH1 + 2 MIX to mix the signals from CH1 and CH2, or CH1 THRU to pass the signal from CH1 only.

Smart Enclosure Design for Monitor Function

The DBR Series loudspeakers feature a 50° tilt angle that is optimized for monitor applications. Additionally, the symmetrical shape of the DBR12 and DBR15 allows for easy configuration of monitor systems with mirror mode when symmetrical or stereo sound field setups are desired.
