    1. Job description

    • Consulting and customer care by calling the business hotline.
    • Monitor, post, and search for customers through zalo channels, personal Facebook, and branch fanpages.
    • Come up with content ideas and scripts according to customer requirements, develop presentation plans, and event timelines.
    • Drafting administrative documents: quotations, orders, economic contracts, related payment documents in the process of working with customers.
    • Coordinate with branch members and other departments to implement event plans.
    • Contact partners, suppliers, compare prices to find a suitable supplier to carry out the work.
    • Participate in coordinating, managing and supervising events to ensure they take place on schedule and as requested.
    • Proactively monitor debt with relevant customers and suppliers during the event implementation process.
    • Store working documents with customers and suppliers to hand over to the finance department.
    • Perform other tasks as requested by the branch director.

    2. Candidate requirements

    • Male/Female (from 22-30 years old), graduated from College/University majoring in Public Relations, Travel and Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Event Organization or other professions other relevant.
    • Have experience participating in event organization activities and understand the event organization process.
    • Have skills to work independently, organize and manage teams with a plan.
    • Agile, dynamic, flexible in handling situations with precision and under high pressure.
    • Have basic image editing skills.
    • Have a sense of responsibility and travel to monitor and coordinate events when out-of-province projects arise.
    • Proficient in using basic Office and Google tools.

    3. Employee benefits

    • Working hours are from Monday to Friday (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and Saturday (8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.).

    • Salary 8-12 million depending on experience and salary increase consideration.
