  • 1. Job description:

    • Receive project information, prepare Bidding Plan, prepare Bidding Documents/Request Documents;
    • Negotiate price and contract terms, finalize contract;
    • Bid volume separation;
    • Prepare legal bidding documents;
    • Establish construction measures and construction schedule;
    • Bid price;
    • Establish total investment, estimate, evaluate project effectiveness;
    • Conduct negotiations, discuss and finalize contract terms;
    • Grasp and promptly update the latest regulations on basic construction of the State;
    • Preserve and store relevant records and documents, complete bidding documents;
    • Monitor and urge relevant departments to issue records and documents according to assigned tasks;
    • Work and explain to relevant units.

    2. Professional requirements:

    • Male/Female, at least 2 - 3 years of experience in bidding for projects related to event organization, event stage equipment,...
    • University degree in related major (priority given to those with practical experience in constructing stage and hall projects, sound - lighting - LED screen equipment);
    • Fluency in English or Chinese is an advantage;
    • Proficient in using software related to bidding work (Word, Excel, AutoCad, etc.);
    • Ability to work in a team, honesty, high sense of responsibility;
    • Ability to store and organize scientific records.

    3. Salary and bonus regime:

    • Salary: negotiable during interview. Probationary period: 80% salary x 2 months.
    • Working location: 184/20A Le Dinh Can, Tan Tao, Binh Tan, HCMC.
    • Working hours: 8:00 – 17:00 from Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 12:00 every Saturday. Lunch break from 12:00 – 13:30.
