Project construction and installation process at HSV ProAVL

Step 1: Consulting customers

This is an extremely important step in business, to be able to grasp customer needs. The construction unit must advise to know the customer's wishes and then offer specific plans and service packages.

HSV ProAVL will collect information from customers as follows:

• What is the purpose of installation?
• Where is the installation location?
• When is construction and completion time?
• What is the customer's budget?
• What equipment does the customer want to install?

In addition, many questions will be answered during direct consultation with customers.

Step 2: Survey the construction site

After consulting with customers, our staff will conduct a site survey to come up with the most reasonable and convenient construction options for customers.

Some of the work that will be performed during the survey can be mentioned as follows:

• Survey the installation location (Dimensions from the wall to the installation location, height,...)
• Survey the installation plan (What should I use to fix the device? In which position will the lights look beautiful, the speakers will be effective, etc.)

Step 3: Quotation – Contract – Deposit

After completing the survey, we will provide specific designs and specific installation options for customers to refer to. When the customer finalizes, they will quote a price, make a contract, and carry out construction and installation according to the signed agreements. Depending on the project, we will have different deposit prices.

Step 4: Proceed with construction and installation

After completing the necessary procedures, we will transport the equipment to the construction site and install it according to the original agreement.

Step 5: Project acceptance - Payment

After construction and installation is complete, we will hand it over to the customer, who will inspect and conduct acceptance.

After the customer finalizes the project, they will pay the remaining amount and we will still support the warranty within the specified time.
