Introducing the Allen & Heath Avantis Solo mixer

With a 15.6-inch Full HD touchscreen at the center of the experience, Continuity UI lets you instantly view and interact with more important content, creating a seamless connection between physical controls and the display.

Sliders react to touch to instantly highlight active channels, providing instant visual feedback.

Rotary channels let you adjust the volume boost or cut, then with the touch of a button the display automatically folds to show EQ or compressor parameters across the entire frequency range.

Each screen also has a FastGrab tab on the right side, giving you quick access to freely assignable key parameters like aux signal, EQ, compressor and FX on the currently selected channel or specific channel.

The entire system is set up to flexibly display the information you need at any time and give you easy control.

From the next-generation 61-band RTA, with 5m, 15m and 60m historical views, to Shure and Sennheiser RF integration, Avantis is designed so engineers can spend more time mixing and less time worrying about technology.

Out of the box, Avantis is packed with powerful processing tools that can easily meet the needs of most users and applications. Want more options? Upgrade your console with the Avantis dPack for additional dLive processing capabilities including Dyn8 (up to 16 versions), DEEP Compressors and Dual Stage Valve Preamps, with more models added as they become available.

For local I/O, the Avantis is fully equipped with XLR analog inputs, XLR analog outputs, along with AES (Stereo Input, Stereo Output).

Two additional I/O ports allow Avantis to take full advantage of the current range of dLive option cards, including Dante (64×64 and 128×128), Waves, gigaACE, MADI, etc., expanding the scope of system integration, FoH/monitor separation and multi-track recording.

Avantis Control

Avantis can be controlled using the Avantis Director software, the MixPad app, the Custom Control app or from our wide range of remote controllers and GPIO interfaces, with up to 48 IP remote controllers over a standard TCP/IP network.

Applications include on-stage IEM mix control, additional fader banks at FOH, and local control in small meeting rooms.

Avantis Director is a free application for Windows and Mac OS that allows offline editing and online control.

The Avantis MixPad is an engineer's mixing tool that provides wireless mobile control of Allen & Heath Avantis digital mixers . It gives you the freedom to roam around the room or stage and control the sound right where it's needed. The Avantis MixPad and Avantis mixers can work together to provide simultaneous control of independent functions, for example one engineer using the mixer to mix front of house, and another engineer using an iPad to mix onstage monitors. Multiple iPads can be connected, each providing independent control.

OneMix is ​​a stripped down version of the Avantis MixPad app, locking control to a single Aux (monitor) mix. 'Admin' users can set up multiple iPads to give each musician customised personal monitor control via a Wi-Fi connection to the Avantis without risk of affecting other monitors or the main FOH mix. Avantis OneMix can be configured to provide as much or as little control as required.
